Women’s Circles: 

A circle of women may be the most powerful force known to humanity. We’ll come together to engage in sisterhood, heart healing, guided meditation, discussion, inclusive reflection and intention setting.

Orishas workshop:

In this interactive workshop  you will learn how Africans, in their efforts to hide their religion and their magical practices, identified their African deities (orishas) with the saints of Catholicism, resulting in a religious syncretism known today as Santería. 

Collaborative Indigenous Women’s Excursion: 

Thanda Tribe is passionate about Sustainable Tourism Practices and believe in the importance of working with the communities and land that we will inhabit during our stay.  In this healing excursion, we will travel alongside the Panamanian border to a remote village in the rain forest. We will spend time with women of  the Bri Bri Indigenous tribe. 

 During our time there we will “break bread” and dive deeply into our shared experiences, triumphs and challenges of being women.

Goddess Healing Ceremony:

This healing ceremony will include healing with flowers, dances, songs, and herbs. For this ceremony, we recommend you bring white clothing.
