Begin each morning with energizing Sun Salutations and conclude your evenings with a relaxing Restorative sequence.
Your practice will take place on a 64-square meter teak platform with the sound of tropical birds and monkeys as a symphonic background.
Healing Workshops
With workshops based on the best selling book “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz, we will journey together off the beaten path with a deep dive of inner soul work, and off-site exploration of the lands, little known hideouts and avenues that our beloved local tour guides will share with us.
